All good, very uncomplicated, car wasn't really clean inside but that's probably because we booked only minutes before picking up, after returning the car we were dropped off at the airport (even though definitely in walking distance). Recommend this place, there are others to avoid.

Super easy and stress-free experience. REA is helpful and flexible. They were able to deliver a car to me in downtown Tirana. They prefer cash but they also accept credit cards. ❤️

Excellent experience from start to finish. The car was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. The whole process was simple and hassle-free, and the staff were extremely friendly and supportive. Even though we returned the car a bit late, they were very understanding and didn’t cause any issues. They also kindly offered to drop us off at the airport, which was a big help. Truly professional service – highly recommended!
